Information Management Consultant System

The buyer seeks an information management consultant system to establish an effective information-management and data-governance environment for its program. The selected vendor must ensure systems support program delivery, financial administration, performance measurement, evaluation, audit, and funder reporting. Scope requirements include developing current-state and future-state information and systems architectures, supporting the transition to a sustainable future-state environment, translating program and business needs into functional and technical requirements, and establishing privacy, cybersecurity, information-security, and business-continuity practices. The buyer also requires the vendor to incorporate information and reporting requirements into the system design from the start. Eligibility is restricted exclusively to onshore Canadian organizations. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and accepts digital responses submitted via email or online. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026. Obtaining the main RFP document requires an additional payment.
