Gateway Signs Fabrication, Permitting, and Installation Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide gateway signs fabrication, permitting, and installation services at six designated locations. The selected vendor must manufacture signs using durable, high-quality materials following county-provided reference drawings and install them according to County specifications. The required scope includes removing existing signs where applicable, providing mounting structures, foundations, and hardware, and coordinating traffic control and installation scheduling with the agency. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer accepts proposals from USA-only onshore organizations. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 1, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 12, 2026.
