Video Conference Room Services

The government authority in Franklin, OH requires a vendor to provide video conference room services. The buyer needs an audio-visual system featuring seamless automation, video conferencing, audio control, and presentation capabilities. The scope includes implementing a unified Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing solution, installing three new MTR PCs, and providing two QSC NC-12x80 PTZ cameras, a room control system, and a presentation and audio system. The vendor must provide and configure LAN network connectivity for the three MTR PCs to ensure proper integration with the owner's network environment. The system must control audio, cameras, microphones, speakers, projection screens, projectors, HDMI input sources, and MTR functions. Eligible bidders must be a USA Organization (Onshore). Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer is looking for proposal submissions, which vendors can submit digitally via email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026.
