Microsoft Cloud Modernization Solution

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a Microsoft cloud modernization solution, encompassing professional consulting services, implementation, licensing, subscriptions, cloud services, and software and hardware solutions. The selected vendor must conduct a discovery and assessment of the agency's virtualized infrastructure environment, assess workloads, dependencies, and security controls, and design a target-state cloud architecture and governance model. Additionally, the scope requires the vendor to develop a migration strategy, configure migration tooling, execute workload migrations, validate performance, and deliver administrator training and post-migration knowledge transfer. The vendor must also modernize endpoint and mobile device management by designing and implementing a modern management platform, configuring security baselines and patch management, and supporting application deployment.
