Comprehensive Phishing, Security Awareness Training Platform

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive phishing and security awareness training platform alongside related services to support participating members. The requested scope includes phishing simulations across multiple attack vectors, customizable privacy and security training, identity platform integrations, privacy and data management practices suited for Canadian public-sector organizations, tracking analytics, and ongoing technical support. Only onshore Canadian vendors are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. The contract period will run for one year.
