The buyer requires a modern, scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platform along with implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support services. The requested scope includes sample tracking, analysis workflows, reporting, quality control, mobile field data collection, inventory management, read-only licenses, SCADA API integration, secure hosting, backups, disaster recovery, and maintenance. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. Vendors must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to retrieve the unwatermarked RFP document. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
