MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a vendor to provide on-site pharmacy services in Fort Worth, Texas. The scope of work includes medication management, delivery, staff consultations, on-site staffing, remote administrative services, inventory management, utilization review, quality improvement, reporting, and customer service. Vendors must dispense medications in blister packaging or liquid/dissolvable forms when required, manage drug inventory, accept returned personal medications for destruction, issue credits for uncollected orders, maintain computerized patient profiles, and bill patient insurance or MHMR as applicable. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals to MHMR Procurement Services in Fort Worth, Texas, by November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Vendors must submit all questions by October 8, 2026. Proposals are evaluated up to a maximum of 100 points based on addressing all RFP requirements, demonstration of financial stability via an annual report, firm history and size, past performance supporting MHMR's goals, and cost. Final cost may be negotiated with the selected contractor.
