The government authority in Humble, TX requires a vendor to provide onsite data center services. The requested scope includes a private secured cage with two-method access to support five 42U standard server racks with keyed entry, 20 to 75 kW power in standard 208 volts, requisite air cooling, and two sets of dual redundant A/B power whips per rack with L6-30 plugs. The buyer also requires access to its e-rate WAN providers, PS Lightwave and Cogent, with existing service connections preferred. Only US organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 19, 2026, and may submit their final responses digitally via email or online. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
