The University requests information regarding accounts payable automation services. Suppliers must describe their capabilities in company background, solution overview, invoice processing, technology platforms, systems integration, security and compliance, artificial intelligence, service levels, implementation, pricing models, higher education experience, references, and operational metrics. Only US organizations operating onshore may submit proposals. Suppliers must submit responses digitally via email or online, and perform the work offsite. Vendors must submit all questions by October 6, 2026.
