Computer Software Support Services

The Town of Guttenberg requests qualifications from firms or individuals to provide computer software support services for its Health, Municipal Clerk's, Building, Code Enforcement, Fire Prevention, Administration, and Tax Departments. The required software must enable and facilitate services including pet, bingo raffle, liquor, and mercantile licensing, miscellaneous receipts, Health Department inspections, Clerk's indexing, citizen complaints, Open Public Record Act requests, municipal appointments, land use records, and municipal code enforcement documentation. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations compliant with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and they must submit proof of business registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation prior to contract award. Proposals will be evaluated based on the firm's experience providing software to public entities, ability to provide timely services, cost details, cost competitiveness, and the cost necessary to familiarize the attorney with legal factors. The contract term runs for one year from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and all work performance will occur offsite.
