The buyer requires a secure, enterprise-grade, and scalable artificial intelligence modeling software platform designed specifically for property tax mass appraisal. The requested scope includes handling high-volume spatial and characteristics data, independently modeling land and improvement components, supporting multiple statistical and machine-learning methodologies, evaluating appraisal neighborhoods, displaying parcel data through an interactive map, and generating reproducible parcel-level valuation reports. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 02, 2026.
