Enterprise Resource Planning Solution

The Alberta Insurance Council requires an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and implementation services. The solution must deliver an integrated platform supporting operations, finance, communications, data and analytics, and technology integration offsite. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Vendors must submit written questions by October 2, 2026. Bidders must submit proposals electronically in PDF format by October 14, 2026. The buyer will evaluate proposals using specified criteria and weightings: Proponent Qualifications and Relevant Experience (15%), Pricing and Commercial Proposal (10%), and evaluation of the proposed solution, project team, and shortlisted vendor demonstrations. All pricing must be in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The buyer plans to complete contract negotiations and award by December 15, 2026.
