RFI for Document Governance Software

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power requests information and feedback regarding document governance software solutions to assist with a market survey, high-level cost estimates, and new technology insights. The buyer needs a platform to improve how work practice documents are organized, governed, accessed, maintained, published, searched, and linked. The requested scope encompasses centralized library repositories, version control, external system linking and integration, enterprise search with AI-enabled discovery, and publishing capabilities through an intuitive user portal. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to submit responses, and vendors must perform the offsite work from their own office premises. Interested parties must register on the Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement and email their submittals to [email protected] by October 23, 2026. Vendors must submit optional written questions via email no later than October 2, 2026, and the buyer will post responses by October 9, 2026. The buyer is seeking high-level cost estimates for budget purposes only and does not intend to award a contract or evaluate proposals through this request.
