The Municipality of the County of Cumberland requires proposals for the supply, fabrication, and installation of one post-mounted aluminum highway sign on Glooscap Trail Route 2. The scope includes site preparation, traffic control, utility locates, permits, detailed engineered shop drawings, installation, and clean-up. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Fax and telephone submissions are not accepted. Bidders must also provide proof of commercial general liability insurance, a WCB Nova Scotia clearance letter, references, and product warranty details. Evaluators score proposals based on cost, which carries a 40% weighting, with the highest-scoring proposal designated as the preferred choice. Work must be completed no later than September 30, 2026, and all submitted pricing must remain firm for 30 calendar days after closing.
