Electric Vehicle Training System

Rancho Santiago Community College District requires a vendor to furnish, deliver, unpack, and set up an electric vehicle training system. The equipment will support credit and non-credit automotive programs in classroom and laboratory settings for hands-on instruction, assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting. Requirements include approximately 100-volt lithium-ion battery systems, permanent magnet drive systems or equivalent technology, and an integrated battery management system. Only USA organizations carrying out work offsite are eligible to bid. Bidders must deliver one printed original of the complete sealed bid to the Purchasing Services Office in Santa Ana, CA, by 2:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. Bids must include the prescribed Bid Form – Price Sheet, Non-Collusion Declaration, Statement of Compliance, Request for Substitution Form, Bid Form, and Cooperative Purchasing Clause.
