Audio and Visual Equipment Supplies and Services

The New York State Department of Financial Services requires audio-visual equipment design services, including the supply, offsite testing, and installation of commercial-grade system hardware, cabling, displays, cameras, and wire management. The contractor must also remove existing audio/video switching equipment, video endpoints, speakers, and cameras. USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this project. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 5, 2026. Proposals are due by November 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The buyer will evaluate proposals based on a 100-point total, allocating 66 points for the technical proposal, 30 points for the cost proposal, and 4 points for diversity practices.
