Cloud-Based Instructional Observation and Feedback Platform

County School District requires a vendor to provide a unified, cloud-based instructional observation and feedback platform for its 32 schools. The requested scope includes built-in integration of Marzano's 3 design areas and 43 design elements, dynamic rubric navigation during observations, independent local dropdown configurations, immediate targeted feedback delivery, a secure teacher access portal, real-time school-level dashboards, Microsoft SAML or ClassLink SSO, and PowerSchool plugin or ClassLink roster integration. Work will be performed offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 21, 2026, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets.
