Signage Installation Services

Texas A&M seeks a vendor to establish a Master Order agreement for providing signage installation services delivered or performed on its campus in College Station, Texas. The requested scope includes case-by-case quotes for custom banners, vehicle graphics, traffic and site signs, wall and window decals, wayfinding signs, electrical signs, regulatory signs, directories, window shades, and various other indoor and outdoor graphics. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid, and the work requires onsite performance. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, while Texas A&M evaluates proposals to award the agreement to a single vendor on an all-or-none basis. Vendors must maintain worker's compensation, $1,000,000 business auto liability, commercial general liability, and $5,000,000 excess/umbrella liability insurance.
