Audio Visual Equipment Supplies

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology requires suppliers to deliver audio visual equipment, including Crestron cameras, adaptors, and network AV encoders/decoders, Jabra PanaCast USBs, and Rode wireless microphone systems. Bidders must deliver the equipment on or before December 18, 2026, with all pricing submitted DDP. Only Canadian organizations performing work onshore are eligible to bid. The buyer evaluates compliant quotes based on price, allocating 80 points to pricing, and awards the contract to the lowest overall proposal price that guarantees delivery within the requested deadline.
