Website and Intranet Redesign Services

The Waukee Community School District requires a qualified vendor to provide strategy, design, development, implementation, content migration, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support for a website and intranet redesign. The scope includes establishing user experience designs, mobile-responsive layouts, customized forms, plain-language content standards, management features with role-based permissions, and optional content migration. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore vendors located in the USA are eligible to bid. Bidders can submit responses digitally by email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026. Bidders must include a fee structure, as the evaluation criteria allocate 35% of the total score to the cost proposal, with technical proposals evaluated first based on scope of work, firm qualifications, and key personnel experience. The contract period will be for one year.
