GIS and Asset Management Solutions

The Catawba Indian Nation seeks qualified experts to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GIS and Trimble Cityworks asset management solutions. The scope includes reviewing current GIS strategic plans and environments, identifying system integrations, meeting with specified departments to select workflows, building initial GIS layers, demonstrating integrations, creating an implementation roadmap, and supporting selected Cityworks module deployments. Bidders must also train staff and input shop inventory for facilities tracking. Only USA-based, onshore organizations are eligible to submit bids, and performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must include a detailed work plan, a long-term roadmap, and three professional references expounding on five specific experience items. Evaluation criteria focus on bidder experience, timeline and approach, clarity and feasibility, and references. Evaluators will specifically assess Cityworks and ArcGIS technical experience, including requirements for 4+ years in GIS/IT solution delivery and 2+ years supporting Cityworks. The contract term runs for one year from November 1, 2026, through November 1, 2027, and the buyer is currently seeking proposed budget options.
