Home American Rescue Program and Tenant Based Rental Assistance Service

The City of Paterson requires a consultant to administer its HUD-funded Home American Rescue Program (ARP) Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA). Vendors must provide offsite home American rescue program and tenant-based rental assistance services to the government authority in New Jersey. US-based organizations are eligible to bid, but the city will strictly reject any proposal package not directly obtained from the City of Paterson Purchasing Division. Proposers must comply with the New Jersey Local Public Contract Law, Affirmative Action Regulations, the New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Act, and HUD regulations. Bidders must submit sealed proposals to the Qualified Purchasing Agent at the Division of Purchasing on the 4th floor of City Hall in Paterson, New Jersey.
