Co-Managed IT Services

The City of Hinesville seeks proposals from qualified Information Technology firms to provide comprehensive co-managed IT services that supplement its internal IT team. The requested scope includes remote Tier 1 end-user ticketing support, workstation, server, and network monitoring, cybersecurity and incident triage, M365 assistance, and technical escalation support, while the performance of the work will be onsite in Hinesville, GA. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations. Bidders must submit one electronic flash drive and three printed copies of the proposal, along with a separately sealed cost proposal, to Hinesville, Georgia by October 23, 2026, at 12:00 pm. An optional pre-bid meeting occurs on October 06, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
