Systemic Roadway Safety Risk Assessment and Analysis Services

The local government authority in Colorado requires a vendor to provide systemic roadway safety risk assessment and analysis services for a rural county. The selected vendor must conduct separate analyses for state roads, unincorporated roads in urban areas, and roads outside urban areas to identify safety risks and develop actionable plans.
