Employee Recognition and Service Awards Platform

The University requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive, modern, scalable, and user-friendly employee recognition, engagement, and service awards platform. The solution must support years-of-service recognition, peer, supervisor, and leadership appreciation, and mobile and frontline accessibility for non-desk employees in hospitals and clinics. Offsite performance is expected, and eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is actively seeking proposal budgets. The contract period will run for two years.
