Construction Management Services

The government authority in Texas requires construction management and resident project representative services to serve as part of the owner's project team for its wetlands program and project. The selected vendor must coordinate with the contractor, engineering design team, owner-contracted testing companies, and agency, while reviewing shop drawings, tracking progress across all awarded packages, managing landowner public relations, and overseeing contractor startup, testing, and commissioning activities. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid for this onshore procurement, and all required work will take place onsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 23, 2026.
