Cloud-Based Mentoring Program Platform

The buyer requires a secure, cloud-based mentoring program platform to manage structured, scalable, and measurable mentoring initiatives across onboarding, discipline-specific, internship, and provisional staff licensure programs. The scope includes platform provision, system integrations, technical support, implementation, maintenance, and a platform demonstration, while meeting all applicable State agency privacy, security, accessibility, and IT requirements. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the contractor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026. The contract period will run for one year, and the buyer requests cost proposals to establish the budget.
