The government authority in Quebec requires a service provider to oversee the existing bookkeeper, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare or review periodic financial statements. The selected vendor must complete year-end accounting work, conduct the annual agency audit, prepare audited financial statements, assist with regulatory and tax requirements, and advise management and the Board of Directors on financial issues, risks, and opportunities. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity, and the contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget for these services.
