Door Access Control System

The government authority in Westland, MI requires a vendor to provide an onsite door access control system. The scope includes control panels with sufficient control boards, battery backups, motion-detection REX units, and door readers compatible with standard HID ProxCard II cards and the city's existing RS2 Technologies AccessIT! universal software. Exterior doors must feature outside card access while allowing users to push through from the inside without activating a REX unit. Only onshore bidders located in the USA are eligible to participate. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 05, 2026, and submit all questions no later than October 08, 2026. Bidders may submit proposals digitally via email or online for a contract term of one year. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
