Mural Art Project Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide mural art project services to create an original, two-dimensional, site-specific outdoor mural painting on a brick wall at a park. The completed painted artwork must withstand weather conditions including rain, winds, and direct sunlight, while also resisting graffiti. The artist assumes full responsibility for completing all artwork and any necessary additional work offsite. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026. The buyer asks bidders to provide their own budget proposals for the project.
