Intranet Platform Modernization and Staff Portal Solution

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District seeks a vendor to provide a complete intranet platform modernization and staff portal solution. The requested scope includes software licensing, discovery and requirements validation, solution architecture, implementation, configuration, content and data migration planning and tools, testing, training, change management support, platform deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support. The buyer accepts SaaS, vendor-hosted, locally hosted, direct, and eligible cooperative purchasing approaches. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed offsite.
