Digital and Electronic Subscription

Montgomery County, Maryland, is soliciting bids under Informal Small Purchase Solicitation #1201278 to provide cloud-based digital and electronic subscriptions to International Code Council (ICC) code books and referenced standards for up to 110 users. The contractor must supply online access from any device with functionality allowing users to copy, paste, search, print, download for offline viewing, and add notes or bookmarks within a shared space. Performance of the work will occur offsite at the vendor's office premises to support the Department of Permitting Services in plan reviews, permitting, inspections, and code enforcement. Any USA organization registered to do business in and in good standing with the State of Maryland is eligible to bid. Bidders must submit required materials, including completed Quotation and Delivery Schedule sheets, by the response period deadline spanning 09/24/2026 through 10/01/2026.
