Manitoba Public Service Delivery requires subscription-based Microsoft Dynamics GP licenses along with ongoing support and maintenance services. The requested scope includes providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, software updates, patches, general maintenance, and offsite technical support from certified or qualified technicians who can escalate issue resolutions to Microsoft. Only onshore Canadian organizations that are authorized Microsoft resellers or partners with demonstrated authority to provide Microsoft Dynamics GP licensing and support services are eligible to bid.
