Food Management Services

The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington seeks food services management for the Burlington County Correctional Facility for 2027 through 2029. The buyer requires a vendor to deliver high-volume food service in Mount Holly, NJ, that complies with federal and state nutritional and health standards. The contractor must operate the program cost-effectively, maintain emergency food stocks, order and manage supplies, observe facility security procedures, and utilize surplus commodities from the N.J. Department of Agriculture Food Distribution Program. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must occur onsite. Proposers must submit questions by October 19, 2026.
