Managed Governance, Risk, Compliance and Cybersecurity Program Management Services

Nassau Community College requires a cybersecurity partner to provide virtual Chief Information Security Officer services and active program management support. The selected firm must establish a mature governance program, manage asset and application inventories, oversee third-party vendor risks, maintain project plans, and drive cybersecurity initiatives under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Information Technology Services. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible, and bidders must obtain professional liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000 alongside required workers' compensation insurance. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online before the proposal due date on October 27, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
