Special Conflict and Litigation Counsel Services

The government authority located in Toms River, New Jersey requires a vendor to provide special conflict and litigation counsel services. The scope of work encompasses handling state and federal civil rights actions, 42 U.S.C. 1983 claims, New Jersey Law Against Discrimination claims, Conscientious Employee Protection Act claims, and Americans with Disabilities Act claims. The selected counsel will also manage Family and Medical Leave Act and Family Leave Act matters, Tort Claims Act claims, workers' compensation matters, administrative law matters, mediations, arbitrations, trials, appeals, and other assigned litigation matters.
