Fencing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide on-site fencing services for a government authority located in Hilo, Hawaii. The requested scope includes locating existing underground utilities, excavating, setting posts, installing concrete footings, bracing, gates, chain-link mesh, and barbed wire.
