Plant Process Computer Implementation Services

Energy Northwest is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified bidders to install the Plant Process Computer system for the Columbia Generating Station in Richland, WA. The buyer requires PPC implementation services using a phased approach, specifically covering Phase 2 and Phase 3 network infrastructure installation and the replacement of PPC Transient Data Acquisition System Input/Output multiplexing equipment. Energy Northwest makes no guarantee regarding any actual or minimum amount of work to be performed. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and bidders performing work in Washington State must be licensed contractors in Washington State who certify compliance with wage payment statutes. Bidders must attend a mandatory bid walk pre-bid meeting on September 23, 2026. Bidders must submit questions by September 30, 2026, and submit their final proposals by October 14, 2026. Energy Northwest reserves the right to select any proposal for negotiation or reject all proposals, and acceptance remains at its sole discretion regardless of the lowest price.
