Barbados - Asset Tracking and Inventory Management System

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital requires a vendor to provide an RFID implementation for a hospital asset tracking and inventory management system. The requested scope includes assessing existing infrastructure, offering real-time asset tracking, monitoring locations, managing geofencing, generating utilization reports, supporting maintenance scheduling, and integrating with inventory management systems and Active Directory/Single Sign-On. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore Barbados organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 19, 2026, and can send their responses digitally via email or online. Bidders must also complete a bid submission form declaring that they meet legal and ethical conduct standards.
