Wayfinding Systems

The City requires a vendor to provide wayfinding systems for the LINK (BRT) Project. The requested scope includes reviewing existing wayfinding practices and signage, establishing design principles, destination hierarchies, placement frameworks, and route protocols, and delivering final items such as detailed design specifications, sign location plans, artwork templates, and a bill of quantities. Performance of the work will occur offsite for a contract term of one year. Only onshore Canadian vendors are eligible to bid. Proponents must submit proposals electronically through the bidding system before October 29, 2026, at 2:00:59 PM CST, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. The buyer will evaluate proposals across four stages: mandatory submission requirements, mandatory technical requirements, non-price rated criteria, and pricing. Pricing accounts for 35 points of the total score and is calculated using a relative pricing formula based on all-inclusive rates in Canadian funds.
