RFI for Tax Software and Support - Presolicitation

The buyer requires tax software licenses, software customization, integration, maintenance, training, and technical support services. The requested scope includes providing up to 130 Tax Analyzer licenses, up to 150 Tax Planner licenses, software updates, help desk services, annual face-to-face training, quarterly virtual training, and maintenance for the agency-customized Issue Management System (IMS) Tax Engine Middleware and its Plug-In. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will be one year, and the buyer is currently looking for proposal budgets.
