Landfill Scale Software and Cloud Hosted System

Broome County, New York, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified individuals to provide a commercially available, actively supported landfill scale software and cloud-hosted system. The required software must operate in a Windows-based environment, support multiple scale houses, indicators, and users with configurable permissions, handle inbound and outbound weighing with automatic weight capture, and process credit cards. Performers must be onshore USA-only vendors to complete the work offsite for a one-year contract term. Proposers must submit one original, one copy, one redacted copy, and one electronic copy on USB media in a sealed envelope by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 28, 2026. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated in part on information security capabilities, and selected vendors must meet specified insurance and cybersecurity standards.
