The government authority in Paramus, New Jersey requires a vendor to provide comprehensive IT managed services and technology leadership to support its college mission and strategic goals. The requested scope includes day-to-day administration, custom development, integration, access control, and reporting across the Ellucian ERP product suite, alongside network, infrastructure, business intelligence, unified communications, and IT asset management. Additionally, the vendor must operate a 24/7 IT Help Desk for students, staff, and faculty, maintain operational stability, and develop supporting IT policies and procedures. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite.
