Parks Master Plan Service

The City of Green Cove Springs requires a consultant to provide a parks master plan service for a 10-year planning horizon. The selected firm must review the City's Comprehensive Plan, associated data, inventories, analysis documents, and expected future development patterns to make recommendations for new parks and recreation areas. The scope includes visiting six park sites, evaluating existing facilities, and creating a roadmap for maintenance costs, landscape improvements, equipment, hardscape, facilities planning, and funding opportunities. Proposers must submit sealed electronic responses through the City's e-Procurement Portal by 10:00 am on November 5, 2026. Only US-based onshore vendors are eligible for this project, and work will be performed onsite. The contract period will last for one year, and submitted proposals must remain valid for 60 calendar days following the opening date.
