Township Engineering Services

The Township of Franklin, NJ seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive township engineering services. The required scope includes reviewing capital projects, preparing bid specifications or procurement documents for capital projects, reviewing Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment submissions, monitoring construction, reviewing environmental matters as directed, and conducting studies or investigations. To be eligible to bid, applicants must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor will perform all work onsite in Franklin, NJ, and must submit a proposal outlining their budget for these services.
