Milestone Video Management Systems Installation Services

The City of Stamford Transportation, Traffic & Parking Department requires qualified responsible contractors to provide on-call installation and maintenance services for Milestone Video Management Systems. The requested scope includes performing field tasks such as installing cables, cameras, wireless nodes, and other equipment, as well as providing basic preventive maintenance for Milestone and Video Insight application software and hardware. The selected vendor must also offer on-site professional employee services for Milestone, Video Insight, Dell, and Siemens Ruggedcom systems. Eligible US organizations and contractors must submit sealed bids online via ProcureWare before the bid opening on October 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Bidders must submit all inquiries through the Clarifications feature in ProcureWare no later than October 15, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. The contract term is for one year starting from contract execution, with an option to extend for one additional year by mutual agreement. The city will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, who may be required to attend a meeting with city officials prior to the award.
