Vinyl Signage Supplies, Fabrication, Installation and Related Labor Services

Arkansas Tech University seeks qualified USA organizations to provide vinyl signage supplies, fabrication, installation, removal, and related labor services on an as-needed basis for campus projects. The requested scope includes interior and exterior graphics, window films, floor graphics, banners, directional signage, vehicle graphics, design, proofing, cleanup, and disposal. Sealed proposals must be submitted by mail to ATU Procurement in Russellville, Arkansas, by October 30, 2026, at 2 p.m. Submissions require a signed proposal, company profile, three references, project samples, warranty details, and completed cost sheets. Evaluation will be based on cost, experience, capabilities, product quality, references, and the vendor's ability to meet requirements, with cost accounting for 30 percent of the evaluation. The resulting contract term will be four years with up to three one-year renewal options.
