Airport Security Coordinator Service

The City of Santa Fe requires on-call Airport Security Coordinator services for the Santa Fe Regional Airport. The selected vendor must provide offsite assistance with Airport Security Plan updates, oversight, emergency operations aid, access control and badging, standard operating procedures maintenance, and security training. All work must strictly comply with TSA Regulations 49 CFR Part 1542 and the Airport Security Plan across an estimated total of 80 hours. Only USA organizations holding an Airport Security Coordinator Certification from the American Association of Airport Executives are eligible to bid. Applicants must register for a free account and submit their bids electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal by October 9, 2026, at 12:00 am. Submissions require a pricing proposal alongside a questionnaire containing a non-cost response and proof of the required AAAE certification. The City will evaluate quotes based on price, responsiveness, and compliance to determine the award most advantageous to the public interest.
