Adult Protective Services

The government authority in New York requires a vendor to provide citywide adult protective services across all five boroughs offsite for mentally and/or physically impaired individuals who are 18 years of age and older, regardless of income. Scope requirements include case management, benefit application and recertification assistance, referrals to outpatient medical and mental health providers, and support with relocation or subsidy applications. Eligible bidders are limited to USA organizations, and vendor user profiles such as Vendor Admin, Vendor Procurement L1, Vendor Financials L2, or Vendor Contract Signatory must manage and submit responses in PASSPort. Applicants must complete all mandatory questions in the Questionnaire tab, submit price details in the Item tab, and provide Local Law 34 Doing Business Data. The pre-bid meeting and the final deadline to submit all questions occur on October 15, 2026.
