Community Energy Resilience Planning, Capacity Building and Project Development Support Services

The government authority in Portland, Oregon needs a vendor to provide community energy resilience planning, capacity building, and project development support services. The requested scope includes developing community energy resilience plans aligned with hazard mitigation objectives, assisting emergency management officials with microgrid location tools, facilitating collaborative data analysis, and supporting communities through microgrid screenings and technical assistance.
